How long do our international shipments take?

  • The delivery time can be 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination
  • International shipments: they are made by FedEx
  • Portugal: sent through Seur
  • Russia: shipments are made by post with a cost of € 30 and a delivery time of 15/20 working days.
  • Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer

Who will pay the customs charges?

Shipments to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands

For shipments we have our friends from express courier Seur. Take out an agenda and a pen and take note, the delivery deadlines are as follows:

  • For peninsular destinations, delivery will be made in 24-48 working hours (orders placed before 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday).
  • Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. On weekends Seur does not make deliveries.
  • If you have made the purchase from the Balearic Islands, you will receive it in 48–72 working hours.

We are very sorry, but we still do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. It is our pending subject, but we are studying to be able to improve it soon.

Yes, shipping is FREE on all your purchases over € 30. We repeat it again because we love to give good news. Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are always FREE if the purchase exceeds € 30.

As we learned in school, there are always exceptions and submission deadlines do too. They may vary depending on the following circumstances:

  • There are towns where deliveries are made on specific days, this means that the deadlines can be altered. You can check if this is your case here.
  • We work so that it does not happen, but incidents may arise with the transport agency.
  • We all like a party, shipments too, that is why deadlines can be affected by local, regional or national holidays.
  • At the time of delivery, difficulties may arise such as: absent customer (where will you be?), wrong address (better to review the address three times or more) or problems in communication with the customer, that is why it is very very very It is important to have your mobile number and your email address well. These data are very valuable to contact you, as valuable as that little time you get to watch your favorite series or to take a nap (if they let you sleep). The merchandise will be returned to our warehouse if the customer cannot be contacted.
  • Another information to take into account for the delivery period is the availability of the chosen product. Our friends at the courier company cannot guarantee that the schedule you have put in the comments will be observed. It will be tried, that without a doubt. Hopefully this does not happen, but if you do not receive the order within the agreed period you can contact us by sending an email to info@garvalin.com
  • It can happen that the volume of orders means the reduction of the available stock (how technical we have left this, what we wanted to say is that we temporarily run out of a specific product) or the end of stocks. In this case, we will contact you, dear father or mother, to communicate a new delivery period (as soon as possible). If the product is discontinued or it is not possible to restock, we will also contact you to cancel the order. In this case we will refund the amount, and we hope you find other shoes for your little one.
  • There are dates like Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday or Sales when shipping and delivery times could be affected. Those days we will work for two so that the orders can arrive as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Dear moms and dads, something to keep in mind: if there is an unjustified breach of the expected delivery date, you can request the termination of the contract, the cancellation of the order and the return of the amounts delivered. The order will be sent within a maximum period of 30 days from the confirmation. The delay attributable to the client by his own will or due to the impossibility of locating and contacting him through the data provided by him will not be considered a breach in the delivery deadlines. Merchandise shipments are always made to the address you have indicated. If there is an error that causes delay in delivery, any responsibility will be applicable to the client, never to Garvalín.
