We like everything to go smoothly, which is why we need the information to be as accurate as possible. We're not Wikipedia, but we can answer more questions than you'd think. Deliveries within Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands)

In Spain we deliver with SEUR. Grab a diary and a pen and take note:

  • ✅ Preparation, dispatch and deliveries take place Monday to Friday (working days).
  • ✅ Orders confirmed after 14:00 are prepared on the next business day.
  • 🛍️ Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
  • ✅ During peak periods (sales, campaigns) delivery times may be affected.

FREE shipping on all your purchases over €30. We're saying it again because we love sharing good news 😉. Under €30, shipping costs €4.95.

We're really sorry, but we still don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. It's our pending homework and we're working to improve it soon.

Deliveries to the European Union

Our shoes love to travel too 🌍. Deliveries to the European Union are made with UPS. If you're ordering from another EU country, bear in mind:

  • Delivery time: 3-5 working days, depending on the destination.
  • FREE shipping on purchases over €50. Below that, shipping costs €9.95.

Countries we ship to: Italy, Portugal, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

  • In Portugal we don't reach Madeira or the Azores; in some island or very remote destinations delivery may not be available for logistical reasons.
  • If you use a freight forwarder or external agency to take your order to a destination that isn't on our list of countries, Garvalín is not responsible for that transport: once the parcel leaves our couriers' hands, it loses our shipping and delivery guarantee.

When your order is on its way

  • The courier will send you an email/SMS with the estimated delivery (Garvalín can't guarantee you a specific time slot).
  • If no one is home, the order will be left at a nearby pick-up point so you can collect it whenever suits you best.
  • Costs arising from changes to the delivery address made by the customer are borne by the customer. Double-check your details before confirming!

If your order is delayed

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances specific to each order: local, regional or national public holidays (at origin or destination), courier incidents, product availability, or delivery difficulties (customer absent, wrong address). That's why it's so important that your mobile number and email are correct.

If there is an unjustified failure to meet the estimated delivery date, you can request cancellation of the order and a refund of the amounts paid. Deliveries are always made to the address you give us; any delay due to incorrect details will be the customer's responsibility.

Do you need an invoice for your order? You can request it at info@garvalin.com, telling us the holder and the tax details that should appear on it, the order reference and the email where you'd like to receive it.
