Access to and use of the Website
Browsing articles and their product pages is freely accessible to all users. So is the shopping basket, which lets you select and review products before placing the order. Access becomes restricted at the moment the order is placed, when it is necessary to enter personal billing and payment details; at that point the user must be identified by means of an access password or by registering as a new user.
Customers and users are responsible for their conduct when accessing and browsing the Website, and for the truthfulness of the information they provide. In particular, they are responsible for:
- The consequences arising from use of the Website content for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to this document.
- The consequences arising from a use that harms the interests or rights of third parties, or that may damage, disable or impair the Website or its services, or prevent its normal enjoyment by other users.
Users must not intentionally introduce viruses or any technologically harmful material, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or the related databases, nor carry out denial-of-service attacks. Breach of this clause may constitute an offence under applicable law, which will be reported to the competent authorities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GARVALIN CALZADOS shall not be liable for damage or loss arising from denial-of-service attacks, viruses or other technologically harmful material, beyond its control, that may affect your devices, equipment or data as a result of using the Website or downloading content from it. This limitation does not affect the rights that consumer regulations grant to consumers.
GARVALIN CALZADOS reserves the right to update, remove or limit the content whenever it sees fit, as well as to deny access to the Website to those who make improper use of it or breach these terms. False information provided will be sufficient grounds to deny access.

The user is authorised to view and consult the content and to browse the Website in order to carry out the operations necessary to purchase the articles offered. Any other use requires prior and express authorisation from GARVALIN CALZADOS. 2. General terms of purchase
Legal framework
These terms govern the sale of the products offered by GARVALIN CALZADOS through its Website. The products are intended for private consumption. The contract of sale is deemed perfected at the moment the customer confirms their order, for which they must first accept these general terms. The contract is entered into within the framework of the Spanish Civil Code, Act 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Act 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
Modification of the terms
GARVALIN CALZADOS reserves the right to update or modify these terms to bring them into line with legislative or regulatory changes. The modification will be effective from its publication on the Website, so we recommend reviewing them before placing each order.
Placing orders
- Select the model, size, colour and quantity, and add them to the basket.
- Review the basket and check that everything is correct: model, colour, size and quantity. Once payment is confirmed we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
- Log in, register or shop as a guest, and check your details: mobile number, email, address and postcode.
- Make the payment.
Payment methods
All prices are shown in euros, with the corresponding taxes included. Once the order is accepted, the contract binds both parties. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment gateway. Card details are not stored on the servers of GARVALIN CALZADOS.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
- PayPal.
- Klarna (deferred payment).
Payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery is not accepted. For security and fraud-prevention reasons, orders for an amount over €400 are not accepted; if your purchase exceeds that amount, split it into two orders.
GARVALIN CALZADOS' right to cancel an order
GARVALIN CALZADOS may cancel an order when: the product is not available in stock; the billing information is not correct or verifiable; or the order is identified by our security systems as susceptible to fraud.
Shipping, transport and delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, with SEUR in Spain and UPS in the European Union.
- Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands): delivery in 2-3 working days. Free shipping on purchases over €30; below that, €4.95. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
- European Union: delivery in 3-5 working days. Free shipping on purchases over €50; below that, €9.95.
Countries we ship to: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Sweden. In Portugal we do not deliver to Madeira or the Azores.
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier incidents, product availability or delivery difficulties (customer absent, wrong address). In the event of an unjustified failure to meet the estimated date, the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund of the amounts paid. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from confirmation of the order. Costs arising from errors in the delivery details provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.
If the volume of orders depletes the stock of a product, we will contact you to inform you of a new delivery time as soon as possible. If the product is discontinued or cannot be restocked, we will let you know so you can choose another product of similar features and price or cancel the order, in which case the amounts you have already paid will be refunded.
A delivery note listing the articles is included with the order. An invoice is not issued automatically: if the customer needs one, they can request it at info@garvalin.com, indicating the holder and the tax details, the order reference and the email where they wish to receive it.
Exchanges and returns
The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. GARVALIN CALZADOS voluntarily extends that period and offers you 30 days to exchange or return the item. You may try the footwear on to check its size, nature and characteristics; you will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to do so (actual use, wear or damage). The product must keep its original packaging. The return is requested from the customer area ("My Orders" → "Request a return"); once accepted, the customer receives a digital label to drop the parcel off at a courier point (SEUR in Spain, UPS in the European Union). It is essential to include the delivery note.
- Return cost: €3.95 in Spain and €9.95 in the European Union, which are deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- Exchanges of size or model: direct exchanges are not carried out. An exchange consists of a return plus a new order; in that case, GARVALIN CALZADOS covers the return costs provided the new order is confirmed at the time of the refund.
- Returns are handled exclusively by courier; they are not accepted in a physical shop.
- The refund is made to the same payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
In accordance with Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods and shall be liable for any reduction in their value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In the event of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive one we offer), without undue delay once the goods have been received.
