Description
You'd say a kids' exploration sandal has to be hard, thick, with a tractor sole and the look of something that survived an expedition to the Himalayas. Logical. Well, it turns out none of that is needed for it to take whatever a child throws at it: the Explorer is genuinely light, flexible with every step and breathable for feet that won't sit still for five minutes. The adjustable closure sets it in a second — no negotiations, no repeating the process three times.
The non-slip sole does its job dry and wet, without announcing it. The reinforced toe cap exists for encounters with kerbs, roots and whatever the ground puts in the way. The antibacterial, cushioned insole keeps the foot comfortable through the hours when 'we're going now' still hasn't happened. Tough without weighing — that's the deal.
We've been making footwear since 1968 for feet with places to get to. The Explorer is this season's sandal for those who still take it seriously. You're already looking at it.

Hand wash only. Not machine washable. Remove the insole before cleaning. Wipe with a cloth dampened with mild soap and air-dry, away from heat sources. Tip: air the insole after each use.
