Description
You'd think an adventure sandal is just that: open, light, for the park and not much more. That it can't be tough and flexible at once, nor protect and let you move freely at the same time. Well, the Explorer has a different opinion. The reinforced toe cap takes the knocks you find without meaning to, the technical fabric lets you breathe without holding the heat that turns feet into something we'd rather not discuss, and the whole thing is so light the child doesn't even notice it — which is exactly how it should be.
The non-slip sole does its job on surfaces that don't agree with anyone running across them. The adjustable closure fastens fast and well, with no drama or technical assistance. The cushioned insole absorbs the impact of those who can't walk slowly yet (which is all of them), and the materials have an antibacterial treatment so the smell doesn't arrive before they do.

Hand wash only. Not machine washable. Remove the insole before cleaning. Wipe with a cloth dampened with mild soap and air-dry, away from heat sources. Tip: air the insole after each use.
