Description
A sandal. Then a foot wearing it and no longer thinking about it. Then a child running where they shouldn't, and the sandal there, keeping up with no protest. That's how a well-made barefoot one works: it drops out of awareness exactly when it has to. The Gala is cut in natural leather and breathable textile, which means the foot breathes all day long without anyone having to remind it, and it weighs so little the extra jump in the afternoon costs it nothing.
The flexible sole bends with the foot instead of fighting it, and the non-slip finish works quietly on any surface a child thinks is a good idea to step on. The adjustable closure fastens in a single pass — fast, firm, no negotiations. The antibacterial insole does what no one wants to have to explain at the end of the day.
Since 1968 we've made sandals for feet that don't yet know they've got a lot of summer ahead. The Gala is this season's.

Care
Hand wash only. Not machine washable. Remove the insole before cleaning. Wipe with a cloth dampened with mild soap and air-dry, away from heat sources. Tip: air the insole after each use.

To change size or model: make a return and place a new order — we don't accept direct exchanges.
