There are shoes the foot notices and shoes the foot simply uses. The removable insole is anatomical and antibacterial — it can be washed, which is no minor detail if you know how an active child's shoes end up. Hand wash only. Not machine washable. Remove the insole before cleaning. Wipe with a cloth dampened with mild soap and air-dry, away from heat sources. Tip: air the insole after each use.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Window: 30 days from receipt — the first 14 are the legal right of withdrawal; the rest, an extension we offer. Return cost: €3.95 in Spain. €9.95 in the European Union (deducted from the refund). To change size or model: make a return and place a new order — we don't accept direct exchanges. Returns are handled exclusively by courier; they are not accepted in a physical store. Refund: within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you tell us you want to return, to the same payment method and including the shipping costs of the purchase. You can try the shoes on as you would in a shop; we would only deduct the diminished value if they come back with use beyond that check.
